Full basement strip out and refurbishment due to water ingress.
Challenges
This project posed it challenges due to the tight timescale to hand the project back over to the client, we used alternative products to cut down drying times in order to achieve this.
- Full strip out of basement fixtures and fittings including all floor base and screed
- Full install of new insulated base and underfloor heating and electrics to basement
- Install of new liquid screed base to whole basement area
- Install of all new floorcoverings, luxury high end kitchen and decoration to whole area
