Project Information
We were appointed by Charlton football club as the main contractor to carry out a full programme of refurbishment and extension to their community trust building which is located on their training ground.
Challenges
This project faced its challenges as we had to keep a portion of the building operational for staff to operate, we managed to keep the staff operational throughout and the job handed over to the clients satisfaction on time.
- Full strip out of existing building
- Building of extension onto main building to house new classrooms and facilities
- Full install of new Mechanical and electrics throughout
- Full refurbishment of all new changing rooms and showering facilities
